Tickets are managed via email but can also be managed through a personal web login. Your manager or internal IT department may have access to your companies tickets. Below are ways to open a support ticket.
- Call us at 484-450-8590 and speak to a representative or leave us a voicemail. Voicemails will create a ticket in our system automatically.
- Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org, you will get an automated reply that your request has been received.
- Visit http://support.clearontech.com and click "Submit a request" in the upper right.
- Click the chat icon at the bottom right of most of our pages. If we are available to chat with you we will, if we are not available, again a ticket will be created.
- Finally, if you have our CLEAR Alert service, you can use our Contact Menu as well.
