Tickets are often managed via email but can also be managed here on this website. Your manager or internal IT department may also have access to all tickets submitted by employees. Below are several ways to open a support ticket.
- Call us at 484-450-8590 and speak to a tech or leave a voicemail. Voicemails will create a ticket in our system automatically.
- Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org, you will get an automated reply that your request has been received.
- Click Submit a request in the upper right of this window.
- Click the chat icon at the bottom right of most of our pages. If we are available to chat with you we will, if we are not available, again a ticket will be created if you send a message.
After you login, you can manage your tickets by clicking on your name in the upper right and select My Activities.
